Bio
For a long time my artistic practice was focussed on figurative sculpture; usually summarised as "naked people dancing". My early work captured the fleeting moments of the emotional landscape using the language of the body, translated into traditional materials, such as Bronze and Marble. As my work evolved I began to explore the use of other materials and experimented with the incorporation of physics and chemistry into large scale works of art. This new body of work still retains the emotional landscape of the human, at its heart, although approached from different perspectives. The results of these experiments have recently resulted in significant funding to explore further possibilities and to push the boundaries of what may be possible. The future feels exciting.
